Who processes the data

What data we receive

When you register or sign in: email address, name and password. If you sign in with Google, Yandex or Telegram, we receive the account identifier and the name that service sends.

To run the subscription: the access period, the VPN connection link and a referral code if you use one.

When you pay: order number, amount, currency and status. The service does not store bank card numbers — card payments are processed by YooKassa.

Technical data: the IP address and browser details may appear in server logs. A cookie stores the sign-in session and, if you arrived by invitation, the referral code. Messages from the contact form are sent to the support mailbox.

Why we need it

The data is used to create an account, provide the paid service, accept payment, reply to a message and protect the service from abuse. We do not store the history of websites you visit.

Who receives the data

YooKassa receives the payment data needed to complete the payment. Sign-in emails and support messages go through the mail service. The host sees the technical logs the site needs to run. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account and payment data are kept while the account exists and while they are needed to account for the services provided. Support messages stay in the mailbox. On a request to support@chebavpn.com the account and the data tied to it are deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete the account. Write to support@chebavpn.com from the address on the account, or use the form on the contacts page.
